Daddler was the first Newcastle United Captain to ever lift a League title in the top division in England. That proud moment came at the end of a personal journey at Newcastle that had seen him join the club in only their third season in existence and help catapult them to the pinnacle of English football over a 10 year period. Andy also suffered two Cup Final defeats in his time at the club but must go down as one of those who’d be in any Newcastle United Hall of Fame. Over a ten year period Andy also played for Scotland 14 times.
