Nikos had a pretty good spell at Newcastle United. Solid enough, clearly for a guy capped 70 times for his nation, he represented United in two losing FA Cup finals (1998 and 1999).

Something of a legend for scoring the winner away at Sunderland in 2002 and could have been immortalised had his header that hit the crossbar in the 1998 FA Cup final been just an inch or two lower when 1-0 down against Arsenal.

He's play for only five clubs but make over 500 league appearances over that time in a 20 year career.
