History shows that Alexander should be remembered as nothing short of a Legend at Newcastle United. He played in 3 Cup Finals and lifted the League Title 3 times in a period from 1905 to 1909. Whilst never capped for Scotland his record would suggest this is something of a travesty with a career at United spanning 11 years, before having to retire through injury.
