Newcastle United player ratings v Rotherham (H)

A tough one to call this week as the fans’ man of the match vote against Rotherham is counted.

Whilst Newcastle were dominant form the start to finish of this one, and one could easily make a case for Daryl Murphy with another fine performance and goal in the continued of absence of Gayle, it is the the Newcastle number 11 and wing man who get’s your vote after weighing in with two goals of his own.

Whilst Shelvey and Yedlin also chipped in with fine attacking performances as did Clark once more who has been outstanding at the back for many weeks now it was Ritchie who came out on top.
